That's not a beast of a power station, it only offers a 2X surge capacity which is pretty wimpy for a modern inverter. If your AC unit was any larger than a 1.5 kW load, this unit would never start it. Even worse, this mango, might start your AC unit when it's new, give it a year and I'll bet you that there's a good change that it won't still be running do to its cheap high frequency, transformerless design.

Inquiring Minds wanted to know how high you could push that 48/1200 in watts. Will it run my 1600w Air Fryer wonder? How different in performance is the 48/1200 vs the 12/1200 or 24/1200 wonder?

Really good units I helped out a family running the units on solar for over a year sad the mango company does not stand behind their product warranty but I found a recycler guy in LA and sells them for 1500 a piece or you can get the internal battery for 500 dollars he add lado sells all the internal replacement parts brand new I put one together for under 700 dollars and got 4 sets of batteries 14 kWh 1200 dollars and using. Growatt solar charge controller and a pure sine low frequency middle Atlantic ups inverter pushing 5000 watts solar and 4000 watts ac out of the ups

That’s pretty neat that your solar array can keep the Mango charged with sunlight, while running your RV air conditioner. If it cools down at night, so that you don’t need AC, you have perpetual power.

so super capacitor are wire up to the poles? I remember seeing that diagram somewhere, recently wanted to DIY but I don't remember that diagram anymore

Some thoughts; Standardization - typically, Home and RV users will have 48V batteries - why not provide an Anderson connector to expand the capacity that can accept 48V, why do we have to put up with "expansion packs"? The thing is already expensive without the additional restrictions on expansion. Makes it less viable.

Love the set up for ease of install! I'm still aiming to do your older set up you've demonstrated with the DC relay but this would be great too for less down time. Just curious, with this set up, can you set a cap for the charge % in the settings to prevent 100% SOC as often when possible?

Yes, good setup but GPU mining no longer profitable. Even with solar you will never make up the GPU and solar setup cost.

So they're using 25Ah Top Band cells and hoping the extra few percentage they usually yield when new gets them close enough to 30Ah? Really should market them at 25Ah and let customers be happy when they pull 28Ah. They should know that a 25Ah cell isn't going to pull 30Ah even if its Grade A new. Edit: well Top Band does apparently make 30Ah LFP cells in a similar form factor to the 25Ah so it would be interesting if you could get a model number off these cells

Can I use the Renogy Rover MPPTs for charging the Licciti 280 Ah prismatic battery ?

I have a Lossigy Lifepo4 with internal heaters that uses the BAT BMS app, I had some issues where the battery percent was fluctuating quite a bit- I switched to using the Overkill Solar app and it is more accurate.

What did you end up doing with this panel?

That arrangement for diverting charging current to the heaters when its cold (I presume when <= 0oC) is a great approach. I wonder if they heat the batteries if the ambient goes below -10oC? If they do, then one probably should mount the battery in a insulated container.

Redodo should have a battery out during the first part of July/24 with a bluetooth option. I've been pushing for a long time for this option. I hope it's offered on the mini!

What type of bolts are they using to connect the battery leads to the terminals inside the case? Looks like M8 (5/16) bolts but I can't tell for sure...

22:30 - This is baloney from the MFR, if a plugging in a USB-C PD device is what actually fried the hub's USB/12V, they made it wrong, period. A device that is able to charge off of USB-C PD 60W should NEVER 'burn out' a USB-C PD supply only capable of 30W.

I've been doing this with my AC200L and my personal PC for a few months. The only issue I've seen is if the AC output is close to the 12A max grid input, it freaks out and turns off the grid. If I don't notice it will then run the battery dead. If I do notice, I have to do a full power cycle to get it to work right but with a load of about 500 watts mining with my 4090 and 7800X3D I usually have no issues. I only run a load that high if I'm mining and running the Midea air conditioner at the same time. Dallas summers are brutal. I might try a firmware update and maybe that fixes my issue.
